To find such a fine course in a secluded setting only minutes away from the bustle of Glasgow city centre is a constant surprise to the visitor and a source of pleasure and pride to countless city golfers. Set in the magnificent mature parkland of the Pollok Estate, Haggs Castle provides a delightful golfing environment and is a highly regarded venue. The course has been a European Tour venue and has also hosted the Scottish PGA Championship.
At 6,426 yards, par 72 the course offers a good test of ability for golfers at all levels. Our professional, administrative and bar and catering staff will offer a warm welcome and assist in any way possible to ensure an enjoyable visit.

The course sits on relatively flat carse land formed by ancient marine clays. As a result there are only very gentle slopes to contend with. Probably because of this and to aid drainage, raised greens are a characteristic of Haggs Castle and accuracy of approach can be essential.
